Laguiole en Aubrac offers you a wide selection of materials to craft the handles of your knives, from the most traditional such as horn or wood to the modern choices such as carbon fiber, and even the most precious such as mammoth ivory.
Please be aware that each Laguiole en Aubrac product is unique. Woods, horns, shells and precious stones are natural materials whose patterns and colors cannot be reproduced identically.
Black marshmallow
Marshmallow is made of acrylic, a material resistant to everyday wear and tear and minor impacts. Its distinctive feature is its striped and swirling pattern, which gives knives an original aesthetic. Marshmallow is available in white, black, and red.
Grey Organic

Horn or pressed horn comes from the hollow part of the cow horn. Before being used, the material must be hot pressed to fill the voids and be transformed into a rectangular piece of material needed to shape the handle.
