KITCHEN KNIVES | LAGUIOLE CLASSIC
This range of knives, simple and elegant, has been designed for cooking enthusiasts. Each knife is crafted with a high-quality stainless steel blade, resistant to corrosion and small knocks of everyday use. The assembly is done with a full-tang construction: the steel extends throughout the entire handle for better balance and increased durability. The knives feature a wide guard for safe use.
The complete block of 6 mixed woods knives includes an office knife in juniper, a boning knife in african ironwood, a 15cm kitchen knife in olivewood, a fileting knife in boxwood, a bread knife in ziricote and a 20cm kitchen knife in walnut.

“A design serving tradition”. These are the words of Benjamin Auzier, the designer of this range of kitchen knives created for Laguiole en Aubrac. Each knife features the famous Laguiole bee in the form of a small medallion, as well as the shepherd’s cross engraved into the handle. The wide blades made of stainless steel ensure high-quality sharpness, and the full-tang assembly provides additional durability.
