The Laguiole en Aubrac Tableware collection has been developed around a wide range of specific knives and sets, designed to accompany you in your everyday meals, festive evenings, and family dinners. Each product has been thoughtfully designed to bring a touch of sophistication and refinement to your table.
All our products are handcrafted according to traditional French know-how and are designed to offer you the best user experience, both in terms of handling and cutting.

Our collection includes large carving knives, bread knives, pizza knives and ham knives. You’ll also find several special knives: the Laguiole cheese knife, the Buron cheese knife by Benjamin Auzier, the butter knife and the oyster knife.

The workshop

A unique work of art for each Laguiole knife

A team of about thirty cutlers and carpenters work daily in the Laguiole en Aubrac workshops to perpetuate the cutlery tradition of our region.
