The ‘Origine Tour Eiffel ’ model is a sublimated representation of french craftsmanship: a hand-made knife from the historic area of the Laguiole knife, celebrating the cultural heritage of the French capital, Paris.
A harmonious blend of Laguiole knife and parisian architecture
This 12cm folding knife features a unique design, made from steel sourced from the stairs of the Eiffel Tower. The original bee has been transformed into an elegant medallion featuring the iconic symbol of Paris, with the silhouette of the ‘Iron Lady’ at its center. The spring is finely engraved with the pattern of the monument’s arches, composed of curves and swirling details. The plates, finely handcarved by our cutlers, feature a cross pattern reminiscent of the iron structure of the Eiffel Tower. This elegant handcarving extends along the blade, providing a harmonious continuity that echoes the Haussmannian architecture of the capital.
The ‘Origine Tour Eiffel’ collection is available in three models, produced in a limited edition of 2,000 pieces:
- The first in elforyn, stainless steel plates and black dividers
- The second in ebony and brass plates
- The third in solid horn and stainless steel plates
